Streak – Nice set of tools to turn GMail into a simple CRM.

FanNewscast – Create content rich Facebook Fan Pages by aggregating topic specific news feeds.

iDoneThis – Simple email based tool that allows you to manage team and individual performance. Great way to add some accountability to the mix too.
